Your Bilingual Daycare Center in Biel-Bözingen: Modern Childcare in the Buschang Development

The kids & co Bözingen daycare center offers your child a warm, bilingual environment in a modern and family-friendly setting. Thanks to its convenient location right at the entrance to the city of Biel, our facility is easily accessible for families from the Bözingen neighborhood as well as for commuters from Pieterlen, Orpund, La Heutte, and Grenchen.

Here's what makes our daycare center special for your child and your family's daily life:

Bilingual Education (German/French): We provide professional, loving, and practical support to children from infancy through kindergarten entry in both German and French.

A spacious oasis of well-being: Bright, modern interiors and plenty of outdoor space provide children with a safe and stimulating environment where they can develop freely.

Focus on Nature & Physical Activity: We spend a lot of time outdoors every day and, during our regular forest days in the summer months, we inspire the children’s spirit of discovery.

Certified, healthy cuisine: All meals are prepared fresh daily, are nutritionally balanced, and comply with the strict guidelines of the “Fourchette verte” quality label.

Perfect for everyday work life: Our easy accessibility and flexible, high-quality childcare options provide you, as parents, with optimal support in balancing family and work.

How does the settling-in process work?
We use the Berlin model for settling-in, meaning that initially the child visits the daycare center accompanied by a familiar caregiver. This allows the child to become familiar with the new environment and the caregivers in a relaxed setting. In the next step, the settling-in period is gradually extended, and the caregiver slowly withdraws until the child has developed a secure relationship with the caregivers and feels comfortable in the daily routine of the daycare center.
How are safety and hygiene ensured in the daycare center?

How can the daycare center be reached?
Where do I contact you if I have a question or concern?
What do I do if my child is sick?
Sick children are most comfortable at home, where they can recover and get well in peace. At the same time, this helps protect the health of the other children and our team. However, as long as the child can participate in the program at the daycare center, they are very welcome.

Is your child sick and you have to work? profawo has emergency nannies who can come to your home and care for your sick child. You can find more information here: Link
