The kids & co RPB daycare center is ideally located on Wettingerstrasse—right on the border between Baden and Wettingen. Nestled within the building of the Baden Regional Care Center and right next to the «Kantonsschule» (Kanti) bus stop, our facility offers families and commuters from the region a uniquely accessible childcare solution.

Enriching Intergenerational Projects: A true highlight of our daily routine at the daycare center is the joint activities—such as painting and arts-and-crafts sessions—with the seniors at the nursing home. This valuable exchange fosters social skills and brings young and old together.

Ample Space for Growth: In our spacious, well-lit facilities, we focus on theme- and project-based learning. Fun, play, physical activity, creativity, and imagination are always at the heart of what we do.

Regular forest days: We spend a lot of time outdoors. On our forest days, the children explore nature through play and can fully satisfy their natural urge to move.

Healthy & Balanced Nutrition: The well-being of the children is important to us, which is why we place great emphasis on a healthy, child-friendly, and energy-rich diet as part of our daily routine.

Convenient Access: Thanks to our central location right next to the bus stop, dropping off and picking up your children can be integrated into your workday in a stress-free, flexible, and time-saving way.

The RPB Daycare Center is operated by profawo, a nationwide Swiss non-profit organization that provides work-life balance services and consultancy on behalf of its member companies. Founded in Zurich in 1996, it is now an association active throughout Switzerland with nearly 500 employees. profawo's wide range of childcare and eldercare services supports over 250,000 employees at its member companies, helping them to balance work and family life.

profawo was founded 30 years ago by members of the Junior Chamber of Commerce. Today, profawo is a well-established and financially sound organization. Its close ties to the world of work are reflected in the «& Co.» in its name, where «Co.» stands for «company». This close relationship with employers continues to define profawo and foster the development of innovative services.

Parent Collaboration

Close collaboration is important to us. We see each other every day. We use an app to help us coordinate, so that organizational tasks can be handled even when the children are asleep after a long day.

Children in Our Care

The daycare has 2 mixed-age groups
We warmly welcome children from 3 months of age until they start school.

Hours of Operation

Open year-round, with a short break for Christmas and New Year’s.

Monday–Friday: 7:00 a.m.–6:30 p.m.
The following closure dates are scheduled for this year.
