The Daycare Center Himugüegeli offers 33 places in two groups for infants and toddlers and one group for preschoolers and kindergarteners. The daycare center is open to children from three months of age until they start school. Children with mild intellectual and/or physical disabilities are also cared for at the daycare center. The daycare center is not linked to any political party or religious organisation, neutral, privately organized, and independent.
The daycare center offers a safe, child-friendly environment outside the family. The focus of care is on individual and age-appropriate support and encouragement. Children can engage in independent play as well as join in play with other children, thereby learning from one another.
The daycare center’s interior design is tailored to the children’s needs. In addition to the play areas integrated into the interior design, the range of play materials is interchangeable and is used flexibly according to the children’s interests.

The children often visit the forest playground from spring through fall.

Monday - Friday from 7:00 am - 6:30 pm

Take tram No. 7 toward Ostring to the “Burgernziel” stop
The daycare center is closed on puplic holidays. The annual calendar is available on the daycare center's website.
