The familea Gellert daycare center is located in the beautiful Gellert residential neighborhood, near Basel’s city center and the “Park im Grünen” recreational area (formerly “Grün 80”). It is housed on the ground floor of the “City Gates” building. Bright, welcoming rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows warmly welcome the children and offer them plenty of space for age-appropriate development. A large garden with its own playground rounds out the facilities.
The familea Gellert Daycare Center has been recognized as both a “Burzelbaum Daycare Center” and with the “Fourchette verte – Ama terra” label as part of initiatives promoting physical activity and healthy eating.
As in all familea daycare centers, the entire Gellert team is committed to high-quality educational values and follows the philosophy and methodology of the “Bildungs- und Lerngeschichten” (BULG) approach.
